Nick Histon and Joe Keith will be raising funds for the Southampton General Intensive Care Unit.

Nick Histon works as a Charge Nurse on the General Intensive Care;
I am privileged to work in one of the best Intensive Care Units in the country. Southampton GICU works tirelessly to care for patients that require intensive therapy due to a range of illnesses.
A lot of our patients require care for weeks, sometimes even months and have to endure their own physical and mental battle. A team of Doctors, Nurses and Physiotherapists work hard to rehabilitate patients to try and get them back to the life they knew before Intensive Care."

Joe and I are aiming to raise funds to buy vital rehabilitation equipment that the physiotherapy team can use to get our patients back on their feet. A very worthy cause.

Nick and Joe will also be working with Education through Expeditions. ETE is an online outreach project which will link our expedition to schools in order to inspire and provide educational opportunities for young people.
